At Maplecrowne we take customer satisfaction and feedback seriously. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact us. Money back guaranteed on all acceptable returns.

1. Items returned within 30 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or colour doesn’t match the description. Please contact us within the time frame and we will get back to you in 1 or 2 business days.

2. Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, not worn, no damage and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not resell used or returned products.

3. Please make sure to contact us first before you return your order and we will gladly accept it. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. The buyer will cover the cost of shipping the return.

4. Please send us your order number and returned package number after your return request has been approved.

 

Shipping

After your order is received we process and ship within 24 to 72 hours. Shipment is proceeded by Fedex/DHL. North America 3-5 working days, South America t 4-7 days, Europe 3-5 working days, Australia 3-5 working days, Middle East 3-5 days, Africa 4-7 days.

Please do not process order using a P.O Box as we do not use those. 
Make sure the shipping and billing address match or it will take time to verify and sometimes cause shipment delays. you may request the shipment to be held for pickup. The receiver will then be able to pickup the shipment at the local DHL Express station.
